Profit with purpose.

We use a portion of our profits to invest in our people, our communities, and to care for some of the world’s most needy.

Successful companies produce profit. It’s one of the outcomes of good business, and it takes every team member to succeed.

We use a portion of those profits to invest in our people, our communities, and to do good in other parts of the world. DCI believes this is what good stewardship looks like and it is the heartbeat of our work.

Below are a few of the stories of how our employees are reaching beyond themselves to use our profits to care for each other, their communities, and the world’s most needy.
